Yes — Kindred builds for small businesses worldwide. Everything is delivered remotely: discovery calls by video or phone, drafts and reviews by email, launch without anyone travelling. We schedule around your time zone, and prices on this page can be shown in your currency for guidance — checkout is in USD.

Will a new website get me more customers?

We won't promise that, and you should be careful with anyone who does. What a good website does is make your business easy to find, easy to understand, and easy to contact — so when a customer looks you up, what they find builds trust instead of doubt. Search rankings and lead volume are never guaranteed.

How fast is "launched in 7 days"?

Most builds launch within 7 days of the deposit and receiving your content — photos, wording, and details. If your project needs something unusual (a full online shop, for example), we'll agree a realistic timeline in writing before work begins. Nothing launches untested just to hit a date.

Who owns my website and domain?

You do. Wherever practical, your domain and hosting are registered in your name, and we manage them with your permission. At handover we document what you own and how to reach us for changes. No hostage situations, no mystery accounts.

What costs extra beyond the package price?

Third-party costs are quoted separately and kept transparent: domain registration (charged at cost), paid hosting plans if you choose one, premium software, and paid stock photography. A Google Business Profile is free from Google — our $99 fee is only for the setup service, and it's included free with the Business Website and above.

How do payments and revisions work?

Every project starts with a written scope and a 50% deposit; the balance is due at launch. Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, stated up front — so you can ask for changes freely, and neither of us is surprised.

I'm not technical. Will I cope with the Team App?

Yes — it was designed for exactly that. It runs in the browser on any phone, uses plain language, and we set it up with your real team and walk you through your first week of scheduling. If you can use a calendar app, you can use the Team App.

How do I get the $50 referral credit?

Ask the person you're sending our way to name you in the "Who referred you?" field of the request form at the top of this page. Once their website is booked and paid, the $50 credit lands on your account for any package, add-on, or care plan. Full tiers are in the Referral Program section above.
